The following terms and conditions apply to all tours provided by Salem On Your Own.

Salem On Your Own assumes no responsibility if a participant or participants miss a tour or are unable to access the tour due to technical failures. Salem On Your Own is not responsible for injury or damage, directly or indirectly, to persons and/or property in connection with any transportation, accommodations, tour programs, or any other services due to acts of nature, fire, breakdown of machinery, acts of authorities, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, delays, cancellations, participant/s negligence, or changes in the tour. In addition, Salem On Your Own is not responsible for any acts committed by participants while touring.

Tour operates rain or shine. Salem On Your Own reserves the right to discontinue service at any time for weather or any other reason.

Salem On Your Own is not responsible for user health compliance or illness exposure risk while using the app or touring Salem or Marblehead.

Salem On Your Own does not offer refunds. Please note, Salem On Your Own is not responsible for or obligated to issue refunds or make changes if the wrong tour date is selected. Kindly check your selected tour date to make sure it is correct.

By purchasing a tour, you and all members of your party agree to all terms and conditions as stated in entirety, whether they have been read and understood by all, some, or none.
